So, I'm a recent convert to Pinterest, and of course it has lived up to the hype! It's quite inspiring (if not yet another time sucker, but that's okay ; ) I still can't beat the feeling that I'm invading someone's private creative territory by peeking at their favs, but I'm slowly getting over that. Do you worry about blogging photos that someone else has pinned in case they want to blog them? I dunno.. Also, giving credit is such a huge priority of mine.. there's lots of rampant none-crediting on the internet/blogs.. Luckily on Pinterest, you can see who the original "pinner" was. : ) I will give as much credit as I can! That's my policy.
I thought I'd start a new feature highlighting 10 of my favorite Pins on Pinterest from the week. It's going to be hard to narrow it down to 10, but here goes.
1. Lodekka in Portland. Originally blogged by Decor8. Photo by Leela Cyd.
2. AMAZING vintage dollhouse scored by my friend Jenny of Frecklewonder. Lucky lady (oh, and her daughter Dottie's pretty lucky, too! ; )
3. insanely cute "pouffes" originally blogged by one of my NEW favorite blogs, My Life as a Magazine. The pouffes are from the gleePEEPS collection created by Polkaros, a product designer based out of Tokyo (already perfect in my book). They are looking for a distributor overseas apparently. (one can dream!)
4. Another find from My Life as a Magazine. Camera decorated by Beci Orpin.
5. Another find from My Life as a Magazine. Juxtapoz Handmade book.
6. Beautiful crochet pattern found on Ravelry. Would love to make this.
7. INCREDIBLE pieces by Thomas Wold. Can only dream to have one of his creations in my home one day.
8. Originally blogged by another one of my NEW favorite blogs, Hello Sandwich.
9. Blogged by We Love Colors. From German Vogue.
10. Found on Flickr from Gina Bailey's stream. 1976 Ondori Simple Cross Stitch 4 book.
Friendly Reminder! The 25% off sale in my Kitschy Digitals shop ends after today! Don't miss it. You can see the photobook I made using one of the kits on sale (Curated) here. Thanks for all of the compliments on the book! It was fun to make! : )
