It is lovely! I made a zig-zag/chevron blanket a few weeks ago for a friend's new baby (http://bit.ly/nKiuZa). You're so right about it being instant gratification. A few episodes of Buff and I was done!

Ooo, thanks for sharing! Can you believe that I actually forgot to go this morning? Hahah - I wonder if they'll have anything left this afternoon...

I was at Target at 8am up here in Pennsylvania. There were about 8 of us waiting outside. I had to go in with only 20 dollars and decide on one or two small things I really wanted. I got a mug and the box with the lid. It is going to look so cute on my bookshelf I can't wait to bring it in my house after work!

Oooh - love this!! and the colors are just gorgeous! :) I'm working on a granny square blanket and have been tucking in ends for what seems like foreeeeeever! I'll have to try something like this, next (plus, I love chevron's!!)

I tried to resist as well but ended up going after work---at least it gave me less to choose from. :) I got a serving platter, stationery, barrettes, and a picture frame. What did you get? This blanket is so beautiful--I really need to get better at crocheting!

The blanket reminds me of something my grandma would have made. Missoni? I never even heard of it before today! Have I been living under a rock? I want to give a shout out to your blue pillow that has managed to sneak into almost every shot (not to mention in your living room pictures.) My mom made pillows like that and we had them on our beds and on the couch when we were kids. I don't think I've seen a pillow like that in over 40 years! Love it! :D

I checked out my Target on my lunch break here in Western PA and everything was practically GONE! It was crazy. I did snag a cute pair of heels though and took a small clutch out of what I 'think' was an employees returns cart. :) LOVE zig zag :)
