Since you will be printing these at home (or using the print-outs via snail mail), you will need to transfer the pattern yourself. Jessie's explanations are wonderful and easy to understand!
Ok! so here's some embroidery samples by Kitschy Digitals Team Members! I have a beautiful piece by Jessie that she's mailing me so that I can photograph it. It's adorable!
Here's a piece by Holly Neufeld.. so cute! this would be adorable in a kitchen.
I adore how she layered the fruits on top of each other... lovely!
I also LOVE how she painted right onto the canvas! I love adding other techniques to embroidery. You can also add fabric (see this tutorial here) or crayon (see tutorial here)!
And lastly, here are some *ADORABLE* projects by Stina Glaas (yes, it's spelled "Glaas"... i've spelled it "Glass" by accident I'm sure too many times.. it's just a habit since Glass is an English word! Poor Stina. ;-) I'm such an idiot. She told me that "Glass" in Swedish is "Ice Cream". Way to go Danielle.
:-) And these projects are REALLY by her beautiful daughter Matilda (yes, Matilda! one of the best names ever!)... she used the embroidery patterns as little sewing cards and also as coloring sheets! Brilliant. Stina often does her artwork and crafting with her daughter by her side.. I love how she incorporates what she's working on, in to her daughter's crafting as well. She's the best mom. :-)
She printed out the patterns and then punched holes along the lines. She placed a piece of cardboard underneath, with a self-healing mat underneath that.
How cute is this pic of Matilda sewing? Look at her snazzy metallic gold thread! and she also colored in the image...
Here is one of her masterpieces framed... looks like she decorated the frame too! :-)
And here are her Olivia "Fairy" dolls that she colored! :-) CUTE!! (although i think Stina might have done this first one... it looks too perfect! :-)
Meet Matilda. :-)
I love her little cat dress. :)
Thanks for letting me share these new patterns with you!
